Protecting designs and creative work

by YoungSawyer » Wed Sep 03, 2025 1:19 pm

Hi! As a freelance graphic designer, I often send drafts and final files to clients. Some of these projects are confidential before release, and I don’t want them to leak. What’s the best way to keep my creative work secure when sharing online?

Hello! I had the same issue and found useful tips on processtrends.com They explained that encrypted sharing is perfect for creatives because it ensures only the client can see your work in progress. Secure mobile faxing also works surprisingly well if you’re sending contracts or signed agreements alongside the designs. Another great point on Processtrends was about habits: checking access permissions, using secure devices, and avoiding public Wi-Fi for file transfers. For designers, this approach protects intellectual property without complicating the workflow. I realized that with the right mix of tools and habits, I can share my projects safely and keep client trust intact.
