Any tips for safe document sharing in a small business?
I run a small business and often share contracts, invoices, and confidential data with partners. Email feels risky, and I’m not sure cloud links are always secure. Can anyone recommend a safe, affordable way to share documents without overcomplicating things?

I’ve been in your shoes — handling sensitive files while keeping costs low is tricky. What worked for me was exploring different secure sharing options outlined on https://www.edp-award.com/. They cover things like encrypted cloud platforms, digital signatures, and even free fax services that add an extra security layer. For my company, I ended up using a mix: cloud storage with two-factor authentication for everyday files, and online fax for contracts where clients wanted more assurance. The key is balancing convenience with security. Start small — test one service for a week, get feedback from your partners, and adjust. I found that once people saw the process was simple, they were much more comfortable sharing sensitive documents digitally.
