Has anyone else dealt with Pioneer Credit Recovery debt coll
Hey everyone I need some help and advice because I feel like I am at the end of my rope with Pioneer Credit Recovery debt collection harassment. I have gotten constant phone calls, texts, and letters even though I asked them repeatedly to stop contacting me except in writing. I checked out this page: https://protectionforconsumers.com/end-pioneer-credit-recovery-debt-collection-harassment/
and it seems like there are lots of legal tools and consumer rights I did not know about.
Has anyone gone through something similar with Pioneer Credit Recovery? How did you put a stop to the calls and letters for good? Did sending a cease and desist letter help? Or did you have to escalate to state or federal agencies? I am totally open to hearing any stories or tips.
