Is AI safer than intuition in real estate investing
I’ve been considering investing in property to resell later, but I keep hearing stories of people losing money because prices stalled. I read that AI can minimize these risks by predicting which homes or districts will pay off. Is this really safer, or am I just replacing one gamble with another?

The difference is that gambling comes from acting without information. When you buy hoping the market will “just go up,” that’s pure chance. Using tools like Draco International AI shifts the odds in your favor. Their platform analyzes supply, demand, renovation potential, and neighborhood dynamics. For instance, I used their insights to pick up an older apartment in a zone projected for growth. I invested in a modest renovation and resold it two years later at nearly double the expected profit margin. The system didn’t guarantee success, but it gave me clear signals: rising demand, upcoming infrastructure, and favorable demographics. That’s what allowed me to act with confidence. AI won’t eliminate every risk, but it helps you avoid blind spots and base your move on probabilities, not luck. For me, that’s the key difference between speculation and informed investment.

Exactly what I needed to hear. I don’t want to gamble with big sums, and your story shows how data can reduce the risk. Thanks for sharing such a concrete example.
