Staying Active While Traveling
Traveling doesn’t mean I have to skip my fitness routine. I always look for ways to stay active, whether it’s morning runs, hotel gym sessions, or hiking nearby trails. At the same time, I love indulging in a bit of self-care—visiting a ladies salon in the city I’m visiting helps me feel refreshed and balanced. Combining fitness and pampering makes every trip more enjoyable and energizing.
