What's the current vibe for foreigners registering a company in Singapore? Heard mixed things about nominee directors and bank account openings – worth it for the reputation?

Reputation is top-tier, especially for fintech or regional hubs. Process is online-heavy, but you need a resident director and local address. Many use services for that. Corporate tax effective low for SMEs, no WHT on dividends.
