Is contractor experience really that important for large off
We’re currently reviewing bids for a large commercial property duct cleaning project. Some companies offer lower pricing, but they don’t clearly explain how they’ll manage disruption. Others emphasize operational planning and staged work. For those who’ve handled similar projects, does contractor experience in office environments truly make a noticeable difference, or is duct cleaning basically the same everywhere?

Re: Is contractor experience really that important for large
From our experience, the contractor’s approach matters just as much as the technical cleaning itself. Choosing contractors experienced in a low-disruption cleaning process for offices makes a significant difference when performing large-scale commercial duct cleaning, as it reduces noise, downtime, and operational stress. We once hired a company that underestimated how sensitive an office environment can be — it led to delays and frustrated tenants. The next time, we chose a team with structured scheduling, sealed work zones, and coordinated communication, and the difference was night and day. If your building is actively occupied, experience with office-specific logistics is absolutely worth prioritizing.
