Who is responsible for Player Protection?

If a site has a technical glitch during a game, who do I complain to? The platform builder or the brand name on the site?

Legally, the brand (the operator) handles the customer interaction and financial settlements. However, the platform provider, like soft2bet, is responsible for the actual player protection technology and compliance tools used on the backend. It’s a collaborative effort, but your direct contact is always with the operator.

Building a good betting strategy really takes patience and consistency. I used to just follow intuition, but once I started tracking my bets and analyzing odds properly, things changed. What helps the most is having a platform that keeps everything transparent and easy to manage. Personally, I’ve been using https://scorebetz.com/en/hotbet/ for that — it’s simple to navigate, gives clear stats, and makes it easier to focus on logic instead of emotion while betting.
