right fit for you
How do you understand that the web agency you’re planning to work with is actually the right fit for you?
I don’t have technical expertise, so it’s hard to evaluate their proposals. All I have is their portfolio and case studies on their websites, but I don’t know if that’s enough to make a choice.

I’d focus on the way they ask questions. If at the first meeting they only talk about visuals and trends, that’s one approach. But if they start digging into the business, target audience, goals, numbers, that’s a different level. Still, from my experience, both parts matter.

Personally, it’s important for me that we speak the same language, and that my ideas aren’t dismissed but considered as part of the process. Every agency has its own approach, and there are industry news and reviews that show how different studios build their workflow. I think that also helps to understand whether their approach matches your expectations. But in any case, things become clearer after a personal consultation.
