Pipeline full, pockets empty

Twelve qualified leads last month, closed exactly two. My reps are working hard, the product is solid, something in the middle is just broken. Watched a competitor half our size outperform us consistently and found out they use external sales performance services. Anyone here have genuine experience with a provider worth trusting?

Wow, I feel this so much. Last quarter I was in almost the exact same spot: 15 qualified leads, closed 3, and my team was burning themselves out without moving the needle. The product was solid, the reps were motivated, but something just didn’t click in the process. I started digging into what smaller competitors were doing and realized many were leaning on external sales performance expertise. I ended up exploring a few providers, and one that really made a difference for us was sales performance services . They helped us diagnose gaps in the middle of the funnel, refine our messaging, and put a process in place that actually let our reps shine without working harder. After a few months, our conversion rate finally started to make sense. Honestly, if you feel like the effort is there but results aren’t, getting that external perspective can be a total game-changer.
