Are hair masks worth using weekly?

by Maximuus » Thu Mar 05, 2026 8:56 am

I’ve seen hair masks advertised as a must-do weekly treatment for soft and shiny hair, but I’m wondering if that’s overkill. Are they really worth the time and money? How often do you use hair masks, and have you noticed a significant improvement in hair health or texture from them?

I’ve tried incorporating weekly hair masks, and honestly, the results can vary a lot depending on hair type, dryness level, and the product itself. Some people notice softer, shinier hair immediately, while others see minimal change. I think masks can be worth it as a self-care ritual even if the visible effect isn’t dramatic. I found a very informative article on https://dsddeluxe.de/en/blog/hair-loss-3/the-effects-of-ashwagandha-on-hair-health-148 about hair care and health that explained how often to use masks, which types suit different hair textures, and how to apply them correctly for best results. After reading it, I adjusted my routine and felt a noticeable improvement over a few weeks.

I think you should consult a specialist in this matter. For example, Hairdresser Dubai from the professional beauty salon Nails LAB will definitely help you. I've been going there for some time now and am always satisfied. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is very pleasant. You can tell they care about their clients. They will definitely advise you on the best way to care for your hair.
