What can I do if I see a drone in the sky and it’s not somebody’s personal camera device?

I guess I should first figure out how to tell a simple drone like a DJI from the serious ones that can be dangerous. And of course, I’d like to know some ways to keep myself safe. These are uneasy times, unfortunately.

I guess the first and most important thing I always think about and hope for is that there are security services and systems that can spot a drone and do something about it. Nothing, honestly. At most, I can hide somewhere safe or remember the place, time, and direction of the flight so I can report it to the emergency services.
