Re: I have some problems with my head
I am very familiar with your problem. For a long time I also had to suffer from a series of mental disorders that developed as a result of my father leaving the family and my boyfriend leaving me. I had a severe form of depression for 3 years and also had a number of other disorders. It was detrimental to me as well as poisoning my communication with my family. I ended up agreeing to treatment and Therapy Helpers helped me a lot. These guys turned out to be real professionals who were able to find the root of my mental problems and most importantly, they helped me to finally get rid of all my problems!

I find myself admitting with vulnerability and honesty. This phrase is a clear indicator of the challenges I face, especially when it comes to my mental health. It takes courage to acknowledge these struggles, but it's essential to address them. Triggers for anxious attachment can exacerbate my concerns, making me feel overwhelmed and emotionally dependent on others. Identifying these triggers is crucial for my growth and healing process. By recognizing them, I can work towards developing healthier coping mechanisms and nurturing secure attachments. Seeking support and professional help will also aid me in navigating these challenges and finding inner peace.
