Tracie enjoys working with children, teens, young adult through seniors, providing individual, couples, and family counseling services.

When it comes to approach, Tracie is a firm believer in treating the person and symptoms, versus the diagnosis/label. Her experience across Educational, Assessment and Behavioral Health fields, cultures, economic status, ages, stages and lifestyles, allows her to pull from a huge store of skills and knowledge, with an empathetic and caring style. Some of the evidenced based tools in her belt include CBT, ACT, EMDR, Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Sandplay Therapy, Play Therapy, Mindfulness and Existential modalities. If there were horses available, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy would be a must!

Tracie’s core belief as a therapist is that when clients know better , they can do better. She considers it an honor to help clients become their best selves through the therapeutic process, valuing if needed, collaboration with medical providers and other important people in the client’s life. Tracie is down to earth and has been described as analytical, yet witty and easy to talk to. She believes counseling doesn’t have to be serious or tearful to be effective, nor a person's circumstances to be dire to gain benefits. She looks forward to sharing the adventure of your life, striving to support you in finding a more functional and enjoyable existence.
