The rebranding process is not easy, I went through it when my father-in-law went through a similar process and I helped him with the professionals. We went through a bunch of tech attorneys in LA at the time because transparency, attention to detail and the actual qualifications of the professional were important to us. And at some point we found a tech attorney from L.A. TECH & MEDIA LAW FIRM to whom we sent our inquiry. The next day we met and discussed all the priorities. We drew up an action plan, signed a contract and the specialist started working. In the end, everything worked out well and my father-in-law continues to work with him on various legal matters.
