How do you choose property in Thailand?
I’ve been considering buying property for sale in Thailand but don’t know where to start. I’ve read that it’s a popular spot for expats and investors because of its tropical climate and relatively low prices. I’m mainly interested in a condo near the beach, but I’m not sure which areas are the best for long-term investment.
Phuket and Pattaya seem popular, but are there any less crowded options? Also, how do you navigate legal restrictions on foreigners owning land there? Any advice?
