How consistent are longer continuous transfer sheets?
Moved into higher volume work this season and started looking at continuous sheets sold by the foot instead of stacking smaller ones. Uploaded a full layout covering multiple client jobs and waited to see how the longer run would turn out. Interested in hearing from others who regularly use the extended formats – does the ink coverage and detail stay consistent all the way through a 50 or 100 foot length? How did the peel behave once you started pressing? Also wondering about actual shipping speed when the order is placed early in the day. Any practical tips from people doing this kind of volume regularly?

Re: How consistent are longer continuous transfer sheets?
Switched over to the longer continuous option a few months ago once weekly orders started stacking up. Being able to place several different logos and sizes on one extended sheet cut the number of separate press setups quite a bit. Right about the midpoint while working through those bulk DTF transfers the coverage stayed even and the detail held up without fading toward the end of the roll. Hot peel released cleanly on the fabrics I tested and the finished pieces looked solid after washing. Delivery landed within the window I was hoping for. Feels like a more efficient route once the volume justifies it.
