I’ve been managing accounts payable for a small consulting firm, and for the longest time, approvals were a nightmare. We’d get verbal confirmations or scattered Slack messages, and nothing was consistent. We use QuickBooks Online for accounting, but needed something more organized for approvals. A colleague actually sent me this link: xero accounts payable automation — even though we use QBO, the page led us to Approveit, which works great with both platforms. We now handle all approvals inside Slack, and once approved, the data flows straight into QuickBooks. It’s fast, trackable, and has seriously reduced errors in our workflow.
