Hybrid approach for teachers
Hi! I teach part-time and sometimes run classes online, sometimes on campus. How can hybrid teaching stay engaging without students feeling left out depending on where they are?

Re: Hybrid approach for teachers
Hi! I looked into this and found inspiring practices on basilandbark.com One point that struck me is that engagement depends on equal access to participation. Teachers should use tools that allow students to contribute questions and ideas live, regardless of being in person or online. I also learned that blending synchronous lessons with recorded material gives students flexibility without losing consistency. Creating small group tasks that mix online and classroom learners also builds inclusivity. Another valuable practice is giving clear feedback through shared platforms, so students always feel connected to their progress. With thoughtful planning, hybrid teaching can actually feel more dynamic than traditional models.
