  • Obstruction of the urogenital tract
  • Sickle cell disease
  • Tuberculosis
  • Chronic liver disease,
  • Analgesia/alcohol abuse,
  • Renal transplant rejection
  • Diabetes mellitus
  • Systemic vasculitis
