Kitchen cleaning

by Tnfk » Wed Mar 05, 2025 9:12 pm

Keeping a commercial kitchen clean is one thing, but making sure the ventilation system is properly maintained seems like a whole different challenge. I know there are regulations for it, but I’m not sure how often it actually needs to be done. Does anyone here have experience with this?

Yes, it’s definitely something you don’t want to overlook! Regular tr19 cleaning is essential for keeping kitchen extraction systems safe and compliant with fire safety regulations. Grease buildup in ductwork can quickly become a fire hazard if not cleaned properly. Plus, a clean system improves airflow, making the kitchen a better working environment. If you run a food business, staying on top of this is really important to avoid risks and keep everything running smoothly!
