Why Users Quit at KYC?
Anyone else struggling with user drop-off when asking for KYC on their platform? I feel like my current provider makes the process way too clunky and people just abandon it halfway through. Thinking of switching to something smoother — open to suggestions!

Re: Why Users Quit at KYC?
User drop-off during KYC verification is super common — usually it’s because the process feels clunky or takes too long. The trick is keeping it smooth without compromising security. One option that really helps with this is Trust Swiftly. It lets you set up a step-by-step verification flow instead of dumping everything on the user at once. You can start with something simple like email or phone verification, then ask for ID later in the journey. That layered approach makes a big difference in keeping users engaged. Plus, it works great on mobile, which is where most drop-off happens. If clean UX and faster onboarding are the goal, this is worth trying.

This is super helpful, thank you! I’ve been digging around for a KYC tool that doesn't scare users away halfway through the process. Trust Swiftly sounds like a great find — love the idea of layering the steps instead of hitting users with everything upfront. Going to test it out and hopefully reduce some of that drop-off.
