When we contacted Uitop design, we already had a working product, but it looked “old”. Users complained about inconveniences, and we felt that we were losing potential. The guys from UITop conducted an audit, found weak points and suggested improvements — both in the interface logic and in the visuals. The work was done in stages, but very confidently. It's amazing how a few right decisions can radically change the perception of the service. After the redesign, users began to return more often, and the product itself got a second wind.
