I am currently in the planning stages of launching
I am currently in the planning stages of launching my own startup in the field of sustainable consumer goods. The main idea is eco-friendly reusable packaging. I am concerned about how unpredictable the market can be: changes in consumer preferences, logistical glitches, competition with big brands. What are the main risks that founders most often underestimate at the start, and what methods of assessing and managing these risks actually work?

Launched my first startup in 2022 - it was hell on all levels. Underestimated the risks: technical, legal, even the purely human factor. Then this guide would have been very useful to me - everything is clear, structured and without fluff: minimalistfocus.net
I liked that they write not only about the risks, but also about the consequences - the psychology of burnout, reputational blows. If you are just planning to launch a business or MVP - be sure to read it. A lot will fall into place, especially if you are not a fan of empty motivations.

Any startup must be really careful about their legal documents. Because errors in this area at a very beginning may cost you business. I was honestly fed up with my managers complaining about drawn-out negotiations, so I finally uploaded our template to www.termscout.com to see what was actually wrong. The system instantly highlighted two specific risk points that kept forcing partners to request 4–5 additional versions, and once I softened those sharp spots, the signing speed jumped to a level, where deals began bringing revenue several days earlier.
