brain is "freezing

Do you know the feeling when, after drinking alcohol, everything seems to slow down, thoughts become confused, and it's as if you have no brain? This really worries me. I wonder what it depends on?

This phenomenon is called “brain fog after drinking,” and it is discussed in detail on the United Recovery Project blog: https://unitedrecoveryproject.com/rehab-blog/brain-fog-after-drinking/ Causes include dehydration, sleep disturbances, vitamin deficiency, and neurotransmitter imbalances in the brain. To overcome this condition, it is important to drink plenty of water, get enough sleep, eat nutritious foods, and reduce alcohol consumption. If symptoms persist, it is best to consult a specialist.
