Has anyone here had to deal with California AB 2579 yet? I just learned more about AB 2579 and how it requires inspections for balconies, decks, and other elevated structures in multi-unit buildings. It’s a bit overwhelming trying to figure out the compliance process, especially when it comes to scheduling inspections and getting the right repairs done on time.

I’ve heard good things about Tomer Malki and his work with balcony repair and other compliance-related projects for HOAs and apartment owners. Apparently, he helps guide property owners through the whole process so they avoid last-minute issues.
