How EFT Tapping Helps to Get Rid of Addictions?
Hi All!
I know most of us have been suffering because of multiple types of addictions. Yes, it is not always about drug abuse or smoking, but sometimes, you are also involved in limiting beliefs and psychological disorders. I also have been a victim of limiting beliefs for years, but now I have noticed that the EFT tapping technique is helping me to overcome them.
Indeed, after moving to the beautiful city of Northern Ireland, Belfast, I began taking EFT sessions from mind and body expert Archie Coogan. He is a professional therapist and offers a variety of therapies and treatment packages. In this regard, I found Reiki Belfast and EFT tapping to be the most effective. Contrarily, this approach also helped in quitting vaping. Although I am not a regular smoker, but my anxiety issues lead me to vape sometimes in a week.
By the way, what other therapies can assist me in overcoming limited beliefs and some addictions?
However, it is crucial to know EFT isn't a magic cure. It works best when paired with other recovery strategies, therapy, or support groups. But it's quick, it's free, and you can do it anywhere. So it's worth a shot.
Has anyone here tried EFT for cravings or breaking a habit? What was your experience?
