How does cashback work with WhiteBIT Nova card?

by Averyn » Tue Aug 19, 2025 7:43 pm

The other day a friend told me she was earning cashback with her WhiteBIT Nova card while buying groceries. That got me thinking because I’ve used the card for online shopping but never really paid attention to whether I got any rewards back. I remember years ago with my old bank card the cashback was tiny, like 0.5%, and it wasn’t even worth noticing. So I’m wondering, is the cashback on this card actually significant, and do you get it in crypto or fiat?

I’ve been testing the cashback since they introduced it, and I can say it’s a nice perk. When you use the bitcoin debit card WhiteBIT Nova, you can get different cashback percentages depending on the spending category. The good thing is it gets credited to your balance in USDT, so it’s pretty flexible for reinvesting or just keeping as stable value. They even added a visual cashback indicator in the July update, which makes it easier to track your rewards. You can check the full explanation here: https://whitebit.com/crypto-card. For me, it really adds up — like last month I got enough cashback to cover a couple of coffees, which feels like free money for just using the card.

I personally think cashback systems are a nice bonus, even if they’re not huge amounts. I use a different card for travel that gives me airline miles instead of cashback, and while it’s not instant money, it’s cool to get a free flight after a year of regular spending. It just makes daily purchases feel a bit more rewarding.
