What’s the real advantage of faxing in 2025?
With so many cloud platforms, encrypted messengers, and collaboration tools available, I don’t quite understand why faxing hasn’t disappeared completely. What unique advantages does fax still bring that make it worth keeping?

Re: What’s the real advantage of faxing in 2025?
I had the same question and honestly thought fax was dead until I read more on ask4research.info. Faxing today isn’t about clunky machines anymore, but about secure, traceable transmission that many industries still require. Unlike other tools, faxes often meet strict compliance laws and provide legal proof of delivery. In my company, we deal with contracts that must be both secure and officially verifiable, and fax covers that gap. The combination of digital speed and regulatory acceptance makes it surprisingly valuable. Once you see it framed that way, faxing in 2025 makes a lot more sense.
