Emotion and risk in gaming: avoiding losing control when win
Lately, I’ve noticed that when I hit a few wins in a row, I start betting more than I planned, and then a couple of losses hit, and I feel frustrated and reckless. It’s tough to stay calm when the streaks keep switching. Has anyone figured out a way to keep your emotions in check and not chase losses or get overexcited with wins?

I totally get that, I’ve been there too. What helps me is setting strict limits before I even start—like a daily budget or a maximum number of rounds. Also, taking short breaks between sessions stops me from making impulsive bets when emotions run high. I sometimes use tools or check guides on https://babu88play.org/ to understand how to pace myself and avoid risky behavior. Sticking to those limits keeps me from spiraling.
