Getting insurance in different countries
Can someone tell me if insurance conditions differ for different trips to different countries? Let’s say, I only got insurance to Italy the last time I traveled. If I go to Georgia now, can I use the same insurance?

You mean the same insurance company? I think yes, totally possible. But still, you should talk to an insurance specialist or at least read more on the company’s website about which countries their insurance applies to.

In general I recommend looking into insurance requirements for different countries. Who knows, maybe for 10 countries the rules will be the same, and on the 11th time they change and you will not even know. It is super easy to find insurance requirements, I always start with articles like safe travel guide for visitors in Georgia. At least just to learn more about what options exist, insurance companies, types of insurance and how to get them.
