Anyone Here Working With Automated Rolling Equipment? Lookin
Hey everyone,
I’ve been diving deeper into the production side of the cannabis space and wanted to see if anyone here has hands-on experience with automated rolling setups. I’m especially curious how teams balance skilled operators — the real roll pros — with modern tech.
For those using pre roll machines, how much control do you feel you keep over quality? Do you still do a lot of manual adjustments, or have the newer machines gotten accurate enough that oversight is minimal?
Any tips, favorite machines, or workflow advice would be much appreciated. Always looking to learn from people who’ve already been through the trial and error.
Looking forward to hearing your experiences!

Hey! In automated pre-roll setups, machines have definitely improved, but skilled operators still play a key role in ensuring consistent quality. Many teams use the brattgenerator tool to simulate different rolling scenarios and tweak machine settings before production, which helps reduce waste and maintain product standards.
