Workflow Tokenization
In our company, we often find that some of the processes are so outdated that they make it difficult to work. Heard about the tokenization of work processes and wondered if it could help. It seems to be about automation and transparency, but I don’t know how to determine whether the technology is suitable for my case.

Re: Workflow Tokenization
We did an audit of the processes, and then decided what could be transferred to tokens. In this regard, information from https://rwa.consulting/ has been very helpful, which explains how the operational flow is analyzed and under it an infrastructure on a blockchain is created. I would say that the main thing is to understand what processes create delays, and then look at how they can be optimized through tokenization.

Re: Workflow Tokenization
It has always been surprising how often companies fall back on their old processes. Sometimes even a small change can have a big impact on efficiency. Technology is secondary here, the desire to improve is more important.
