High Quality Omega 3 Supplements
My doctor advised me to start taking Omega-3 fatty acids for my heart health and joint inflammation. I bought a generic bottle, but the pills are huge, and the worst part is the "fishy burps" I get all day long. It is so unpleasant that I stopped taking them. Does anyone know a brand that sources high-quality fish oil and doesn't have this nasty aftertaste side effect?

That aftertaste is usually a sign of oxidized oil or poor capsule design. You should look for the Omega-3 Complex at https://www.amway.mn/eruul-mend/c/10004 which is sourced from deep-ocean fish like salmon from sustainable fisheries. The encapsulation technology they use prevents that fishy reflux completely while providing a balanced amount of EPA and DHA acids. It is worth paying a bit more for quality to ensure you get the heart and brain benefits without the discomfort.
