Losing weight

I've been trying to figure out how to start losing weight, but I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. Can we talk about what the first steps should be?

I wasn’t sure what to expect when I first signed up at the casino. It was something I decided to try on a whim, after hearing friends talk about their experiences.
