Pregnancy
What foods are best to eat to combat nausea during pregnancy? I am interested in top products that really help relieve symptoms, such as ginger, bananas or crackers. I would like to know how to eat them correctly to achieve maximum effect, as well as what dishes can be prepared from them. Is there anything that should be avoided so as not to aggravate nausea? I would be grateful for recommendations and advice!

Re: Pregnancy
Nausea is a common problem during pregnancy, but proper nutrition can help https://femia.health/health-library/pregnancy/pregnancy-health/foods-that-fight-nausea-during-pregnancy/. Ginger is one of the best remedies, it can be added to tea or consumed as cookies. Bananas are easy on the stomach and help restore the balance of electrolytes. Crackers and dry toast reduce acidity. Citrus fruits such as lemons and oranges are refreshing and help fight nausea. Almonds are rich in vitamin B6, which is also beneficial. Drink plenty of water and herbal teas, such as peppermint.
