PRLog (Press Release) - Jul. 5, 2013 - Knowmedge today announced the publication of Internal Medicine Practice Questions. This free eBook contains 50 high-yield ABIM-style practice questions to help internists prepare for board certification or recertification.
The eBook is written in a simple and easy-to-understand manner. Along with each question, there is a clear explanation that provides the reasoning behind the correct answer and why the other answer choices are incorrect. In addition, each explanation is complemented with a colorful slide that provides important keywords to remember complex concepts. The ABIM-style board exam practice questions and explanations are directly out of the Knowmedge QVault and are designed to serve as a valuable tool for internists undergoing intense internal medicine board exam review.
Dr. Sunir Kumar, Chief Editor of Knowmedge and one of its co-founders, states "The eBook was designed to help students master the concepts that are covered on the ABIM Board Exam syllabus. Within the eBook we have combined clinical vignettes and concept review questions. While slides on paper cannot replicate the interactive format we have on the Knowmedge website, I believe residents and internists will find them a useful asset during their preparations.”
