Have issues with my back

I’ve been reading through the Lumbarest blog https://www.lumbarest.com/blog/, and it’s surprisingly helpful — not the usual generic health advice. One article, for example, compared spinal traction therapy to traditional heat therapy and explained why traction might be more effective for long-term healing. It’s fascinating to see how decompressing the spine can actually improve blood flow and reduce inflammation rather than just masking the pain temporarily. If you’re someone who likes understanding the "why" behind treatments, their blog is worth a look. It gave me a fresh perspective on natural recovery methods for chronic pain.
